York Developments has finalized a strategic partnership to establish a 109,994 square-foot Mass-Timber Manufacturing facility on Tract 3 at North Loop in Bozeman. The new-state-of-the-art facility will be home to our strategic operating partner, a vertically-integrated Swiss company that designs, engineers, fabricates and constructs Mass Timber elements with a specialization in modular Mass Timber. The upcoming fully-automated facility in Bozeman is set to be a hybrid structure combining Mass Timber with steel elements, showcasing the aesthetic appeal and structural possibilities of Mass Timber in industrial construction.
The goal of the alliance is to create a sustainable vertical supply chain – from forestry to affordable housing.
Projects will be designed fabricated and transported at up to 95% completion to job sites.
The new facility will reduce construction costs and project completion times.
