The Industrial Park consists of approximately 85 acres of fee-simple land along the railroad and approximately 165 acres of state-leased land. The horizontal development of this site is two-phased. Phase I was completed in the Fall of 2023 and includes the eastern half of the site. Rail service on the east side is now fully committed. Phase II will commence in 2025 and includes the western half of the site. Rail-served sites are still available on the west side of North Loop.
The North Loop Rail-served Industrial Park is full steam ahead. We are now taking Reservations for Phase II on the West Side of the Development.
