The Industrial Park consists of approximately 85 acres of fee-simple land along the railroad and approximately 165 acres of state-leased land. The horizontal development of this site is two-phased. Phase II will commence in 2025 and includes the western half of the site. Rail-served sites are still available on the west side of North Loop.
