North Loop Industrial Park is being developed by York Developments - a family-owned Real Estate Development Company based in Montana and Mississippi. Paige York and Casey Tippens successfully negotiated with Montana Rail Link in 2020 to get the first new rail service to Bozeman in over 100 years. For the last five years, Casey has diligently formulated and executed a large-scale strategic plan for unlocking tremendous opportunity in the most sought after areas of Bozeman, Montana. He also has assembled and closed on over 95% of all of the remaining Industrial Land in Bozeman. In addition to North Loop, permitting is underway for the Bozeman Creative District – a new 36-acre, mixed-use creative campus in close proximity to Main Street Bozeman.
